Founded by Chef Cory Bahr and his wife, Whitney, Cory met Whitney at the 523 Desiard Street location so it is truly the beginnings of a great story and a future at Standard Coffee Co. Cory, owner of Parish Restaurant and renown Louisiana Chef, felt like Monroe was missing something and that something was a high volume specialty coffee shop. A something that not only focuses on quality and consistency but caters to the idea of a fast paced commodity coffee shop.
